ProPythia

ProPythia（使用机器和深度学习对肽/蛋白质进行分类的平台）是一个 Python 通用模块化半自动化平台，包含使用 ML 和 DL 根据其物理化学特性对蛋白质进行分类的功能。ProPythia 促进了 ML 的主要任务，包括读取和更改序列、计算几种类型的蛋白质描述符、预处理数据集、执行特征选择和降维、t-SNE 和 UMAP 的可视化、执行聚类、训练和优化 ML 的模块和 DL 模型并使用不同的算法进行预测。ProPythia 具有适应性强的模块化架构，是一种通用且易于使用的工具，可将 ML/DL 分析应用于蛋白质序列。
