安装
您需要使用 3.0+ 版本的 Scipion 才能运行这些协议。要安装插件，您有两种选择：
稳定版
scipion installp -p scipion-em-eman2开发者版本
下载存储库
git clone -b devel https://github.com/scipion-em/scipion-em-eman2.git安装
scipion installp -p /path/to/scipion-em-eman2 --devel
EMAN2 二进制文件将随插件自动安装，但您也可以链接现有安装。
默认安装路径假定为software/em/eman-2.99，如果要更改它，请在scipion.conf文件中设置EMAN2_HOME指向安装 EMAN2 的文件夹。
默认暂存目录假定为/tmp/。您可以通过在scipion.conf或您的 shell 环境中设置EMAN2SCRATCHDIR来更改它。
